These Terms govern your access to and use of NoorVerse and its related services.
By creating an account or using NoorVerse, you agree to these Terms.
1. About NoorVerse
NoorVerse is operated by NoorVerse Connect LLC.
NoorVerse helps schools, masjids, learning centers, nonprofits, and community organizations communicate, educate, and engage with their communities.
Features may include:
- Messaging
- Announcements
- Parent communication
- Attendance
- Homework
- Student progress
- Events
- Class Moments
- Volunteer management
- Payments
- Administrative tools
2. Eligibility
You must be authorized to use NoorVerse.
Administrator and staff accounts should only be created by authorized individuals.
Student accounts are created and managed through participating organizations.
3. Organization Accounts
Organizations are responsible for:
- Managing users
- Assigning permissions
- Maintaining records
- Obtaining required permissions
- Complying with applicable laws
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials and keeping your account information accurate.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Break the law
- Harass users
- Upload malware
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Impersonate others
- Send spam
- Infringe intellectual property
- Abuse the platform
Violation may result in suspension or termination.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit.
You grant NoorVerse permission to store, display, and process that content solely for operating the Services.
7. Community Standards
Users must not post unlawful, abusive, hateful, threatening, defamatory, or sexually explicit content.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards.
8. Student Information
Student records remain under the control of the organization using NoorVerse.
Organizations are responsible for obtaining required permissions.
9. Messaging
Organizations are responsible for communications sent through their accounts.
10. Payments
Where payments are enabled:
- Fees will be disclosed before payment.
- Payments are handled by secure third-party processors.
- Refunds are subject to applicable policies.
Pricing Changes
We may change subscription prices, plan features, and plan limits from time to time. For existing subscriptions, we will provide advance notice of any price increase — at least 30 days before it takes effect — by email or in-product notice, and the new price will apply no earlier than your next billing period after the notice period. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect. Continued use of a paid subscription after a price change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the new price.
11. Intellectual Property
The NoorVerse platform, software, branding, logos, designs, and content are owned by NoorVerse or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without written permission.
12. Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Maintenance, updates, or third-party outages may temporarily affect access.
13. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the security or integrity of the platform.
Organizations may also suspend users within their own organization.
14. Disclaimer
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties except where prohibited by law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoorVerse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Privacy
Use of NoorVerse is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically.
Continued use of NoorVerse after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NoorVerse is established.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
