• Incident records are visible only to authorized staff of the organization; guardians see only the guardian-facing summary for their own child.
• Students cannot read incident records.
• These records are retained by the organization to meet its safeguarding and legal obligations, and may be retained even after an account is deleted where the organization is legally required to keep them.

Payment Information

If your organization enables online payments, payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment providers. NoorVerse does not store complete credit card numbers.
